This is a California sparkling wine based on a single vineyard, and a single vintage. These are some serious sparkling wines, coming from Morgan Twain-Peterson of California's Bedrock Wines. What stands out here is the beautiful limestone and granite minerality, and a savory umami character. Very impressive!
