This wine explodes with a tangy, bubbly sweetness that makes it the perfect accompaniment to a number of fruity desserts, as well as the classic Torta di Nocciole, a hazelnut cake also from Piedmont (remember, what grows together....goes together). This is also excellent when served nice and cold on a hot summer's day.
