Joseph Forester is an innovative, quality-minded producer in the little-known Conca de Barbera region of Catalonia. Their signature wines are produced from the Trepat grape, a curious grape native to the area, and formerly only used in the production of Cava. Trepat is the "Gamay of Catalunya"; a ripe, fresh, softly fruity red that is perfect on its own, or for a picnic. This is elegant with delicate red fruits and flowers, dancing with juicy acidity.
