There are fascinating wines that folks often do not have the chance to taste - Txakolis are often on that list, especially the rosés, which is a crime. This Basque red native grape, Hondarrabi Beltza, is, in many ways, thought to be a relative of Cabernet Franc due to its refreshing green notes. As we are not the ones doing the DNA testing, we can just tell you to expect a fresh and lightly fizzy rose, offering tangy and jalapeno-like aromas with spicy notes of cranberry, pepper, herbs, and citrus.
