Sourced from Grand Cru village villages fruit in the Cote de Blancs (Chouilly, Cramant, Avize, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger). Aged in barrel with native yeast before bottling, with malolactic occuring. Even so, this wine combines a laser-like chalkiness that you would expect from the Cote de Blanc with a hint of toastiness and a broad finish. Base year is 2014. Certified-organic.
