Grown at Bien Nacido, the historic (and biodynamically-farmed) vineyard in Santa Maria Valley. The 100% Roussanne underwent only partial malolactic fermentation, to help preserve its natural freshness and acidity. Aged in a combination of wood and concrete for about a year. Golden yellow color with aromas of herbal tea and yellow apples. There is bright acidity giving way to excellent length and texture.
