When he is not busy crafting world-class Cabernet Sauvignon at Larkmead, Our good friend Dan Petroski somehow finds time to produce some of the absolute best white wines in northern California. He Chardonnay is picked from the Hyde Vineyard, which is considered an "American Grand Cru" by just about everyone in the know. A full-bodied wine that always maintains bright, high-toned acidity that prevents it from ever being considered a "heavy" wine. Just gorgeous.
