Our great friend Dan Petroski has helmed the ship at Larkmead for the past decade, and is producing some of Napa’s most deep, and deeply satisfying Cabernet Sauvignon that will age beautifully. An intense wine with a powerful structure and a core of black fruit. This one needs a lot of time in the decanter before serving, but will reward patience, and a big steak, quite well.
