Brooklyn Winery’s own sparkling wine, made entirely of Finger Lakes-grown Chardonnay. This sparkling wine was made using Méthode Champenoise with three years on the lees before disgorgement. Bright apple and pear notes dominate the aromatics and palate with a strong minerality along wet river stones.
