Bianco di Custoza has long been an "Italian Insider" wine secret. This appellation stretches along the southern shores of Lake Garda on calcareous soil. A crisp, fresh wine reminiscent of Pinot Grigio, but with a little more personality and complexity. This certified-organic bottling, which is a blend of Cortese, Garganega and Trebbiano, has a lightly floral aroma, followed by succulent stone fruit and a hint of bitter almond.
