Domaine Rougeot "Les Vercherres" Bourgogne Passetoutgrains 2022

Pierre-Henri Rougeot has been quietly producing impeccable minimal intervention, low-sulphur wines since he returned to the family Domaine in 2010. This Passetoutgrains is a Pinot Noir and Gamay blend from 'Les Vercherres' vineyard that are harvested at the same time and co-fermented mostly whole-cluster. This manages to please both Burgundy and Beaujolais fans alike. This cuvée is also bottled sans soufre aka no sulfur.
