This is a blend of parcels from La Petite Montagne which is a sub-section of Champagne’s Montagne de Reims. Blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir are aged in stainless steel and concrete followed by four to five years on the lees in bottle before disgorging. This has an expressive nose, with notes of fresh orchard fruit with a touch of brioche. Palate has some richness in texture balanced by a sharper minerality.
