Cynar Artichoke Aperitif

Named for the Artichoke which finds itself the star in the blend of herbs and plants used to flavor this russet-colored liqueur, Cynar has been adorning shelves since 1952 and is an absolutely elegant example of an Italian bitter. With its pungent, vegetal nose, its bittersweet, herbaceous palate and modest alcohol content, Cynar can easily stand on its own or take some of your tradtional cocktail recipes to a whole new level. Pour it over ice and add some bubbly water or (better yet) bubbly white wine and a fresh slice of orange, and what you have is a worthy alternative for those who may have tired of the all-too-well-known Aperol Spritz. *Spirits available for in-store pickup & local delivery.
