Produced with the intention of emphasizing the exquisite terrain of the Northern region of Val d'Aosta, this rust-colored Amaro is made with a wild array of local ingredients in a bright, alpine-style. It boasts a warming, flavorful backbone derived from mint, wormwood, chinchona bark, gentian root, baking spices, rhubarb root, licorice and orange peel...just to name a few. A lovely bitterness is balanced by a soft touch of fresh sweetness in this delicate liqueur.
