This is the very first white wine from Gros Ventre, and rather than opt for safer grapes, they took on Vermentino, the famed Italian varietal. This is a bright and zesty wine with white flowers, pear, citrus zest, and lime leaf notes. Incredibly fresh, this will pair nicely with a variety of light fare, but will be a perfect match with Branzino.
