The climate of 2011 gave way to the latest harvest ever done in Oregon, having started in mid-October! An Indian summer saved this light vintage, yielding wines of great finesse and delicacy. This shows its age well, with subtle aromas and flavors of mushroom, dried flowers and salty earth, all alighting on an elegant palate that has excellent length on the finish.
