Huia has been working organically since their inception in the 1990s, and has been certified since 2011 (a rarity in Marlborough). A small amount of this excellent NZ Sauvignon Blanc is aged in old oak, which adds a perfect amount a texture to a classically bright, mineral wine bursting with succulent citrus flavors.
