Mtsvane is a fantastic grape for orange wine production in Georgia because it contains so many delicious earthy-floral notes in its skins. This is a traditionally-styled "Qvevri" wine, fermented in clay amphora for over seven months on the skins. A structured, but elegant orange wine.
