Liten Buffel focuses on low intervention wines that reflect a sense of place and time. All of their wines are dry, unfined, unfiltered, and no sulfites added. Just foot crushed grapes, settled in old wood, and bottled by hand at the proper time. 'On the Shoulders of Giants' is a co-ferment of Blaufrankish and Sauvginon Blanc. This is a chillable red that is as complex and as Zack Klug, the winemaker thinks of this wine as a personification of himself.
