Liten Buffel focuses on low intervention wines that reflect a sense of place and time. All of their wines are dry, unfined, unfiltered, and no sulfites added. Just foot crushed grapes, settled in old wood, and bottled by hand at the proper time. 'Colors & Allegory' is a co-ferment of white and red grapes- Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Pinot Noir. It drinks like a light chillable red or as Zack Klug the winemaker says "a Thicc Rose"
