Shinn's signature Merlot shows aromas of sweet spices, toasted herbs and stony minerals, while expressing classic flavors of black cherry, bittersweet chocolate, black coffee and delicate vanilla. Medium-bodied and not too serious, this is a great wine to put on the table with grilled pork.
