Parparoussis Nemea Reserva 2016

One of the best Greek red wines we have encountered. This is from the northwest coast of the Peloponnese made from the grape Agiorgitiko. Notes of figs, cassis, tobacco, and dried cherries with a touch of olives and dried herbs. This is in a great place for drinking but also ageworthy. An excellent pairing for gamey meats or roasts.
