Keltis vineyards are located in the northern slopes of the Bizeljsko area in Slovenia. Their wines attest to the artisan’s approach in the vineyard and the cellar, they express their terroir, and contain minimum quantities of sulfites. This Pinot Gris had a 60 day maceration, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts then aged for 36 months in barrel. This will drink more like a light red than a white wine. We recommend pairing this with cheese and charcuterie.
