Catherine Marshall has been producing small amounts of exceptional South African wine since 1997. This Riesling is a bone-dry bracer, in the vein of a Australian Riesling or a lean Mosel trocken. Flavors of lime zest, green apple and white flowers. Mouth-watering and delicious.
