Yes, Grüner can age! And if you doubt it, this is the perfect bottling to convince you. If anything, the age has only lent itself to a more rounded and mellow expression of the wine, that allows the palate to really shine through without being hindered by the zinging acid. It's ripe and creamy but maintains excellent acidity and minerality. Expect flavors of pink grapefruit, yellow plums and green pepper.
