Technically more a light red and a dark rose, this wine comes from the curious Tuscan and Ligurian grape Ciliegiolo (chill-yee-uh-joe-low). Ripe red cherry and a hint of peppery spice, this is a perfect "rose" to enjoy with Pizza.
