The third vintage of our collaboration with Cote Chalonnaise producer Danjean-Berthoux. While we ask for this wine to be labeled as Bourgogne Blanc, it’s actually a premier cru vineyard! It comes from a tiny parcel in the village of Givry. Partial barrel-fermentation gives this wine weight and presence, which balances a streak of citrus acidity perfectly. Compared to the last vintage, this is much more sleek and mineral-laden, with a very clean finish. Perfect with just about any dish you could think of!
