

Ungrafted and Biodynamically farmed 60+ year-old vines give this wine a strong acidity, pulpy fruit, and flavors of yellow apple, Anjou pear and fleshy yellow plum. Reminiscent of a Jura Savagnin, but edged with the bright lemon of the sun-washed Mediterranean. Made for grilled pork or simple grilled fish dressed with butter and lemon.
