Yuki No Bosha Junmai Ginjo Nigori
This sake is an "usi nigori" or "light nigori," containg less rice solids that a typical nigori. The brewery makes it light so consumers can really taste the sake. It is bright, lively and fruity with a little zestiness and a dry finish.
