Grapes are selected, picked, and crushed with no technological intervention and introduced into barrels entirely by hand. Great aromatic range, with cassis, bacon, black pepper, chocolate and evolves to mineral aromas with aeration. Powerful mouth attack, but with freshness well integrated and alive. The tannins are firm and elegant and the persistence is incredible.
