Winemaker Veronique Drouhin selects barrels with extra complexity, length and depth to become Laurene. Aged in 20% new French oak, this has aromas of pretty red fruit, baking spices and orange peel. Round on the palate, with rustic tannins, flavors of red currant & deep cherry. Long and supple finish with peppery spice.
