Founded in 1837, Miwa Shuzo is located in in Gifu Prefecture in Ogaki City, which is known as the City of Water. Nigori sake is cloudy because it is unfiltered. While some nigori sakes can be quite sweet, this one is a drier style, with lovely notes of coconut and green apple. A great pairing for heavier Japanese foods, as well as Korean BBQ.
