Koval Four Grain Whiskey

This four-grain whiskey uses organic Midwest grains: oats, malted barley, rye, and wheat. Aged in heavily charred new oak barrels for 3-4 years. Whole spices and dried herbs such as cardamom, peppercorns, and bay leaves fill your senses, along with toasted cereal grains. The flavors all work together without one note outshining the others. All Koval whiskeys are single-barrel expressions so slight variations may occur.
