An excellent producer working organically in this underrated appellation in eastern Tuscany. An earthy, medium-bodied wine with crunchy red fruit and herbs. Elevated acidity and firm tannins makes this an exemplary food wine. Truly a soulful wine for a some good home-cooked food.
