Produced in Kumamoto, on the island of Kyushu in Japan, and distilled from 100% rice. It is aged at least 3 years in a combination of American oak, French limousin, and Spanish sherry casks. High floral notes, an aroma reminiscent of shochu, and light flavors of pear and vanilla.
