This wild rosé is produced from grapes taken from old vines growing high up in the mountains of central Spain. Aged in old oak barrels for 8 months, it is structured and almost like a light red. This wine offers a textured, chewy palate with hints of red berry skin tannin, round red fruit and a touch of spice. Absolutely delicious on its own, this is a very food friendly wine that could stand up to any number of dishes. As much a light red as a dark rose.
