Pierre-Yves is the son of the famous Burgundy producer Marc Colin, and much like his father he knows his way around the wine cellar. This wine is produced from 55 year-old Pinot Noir vines grown on clay and limestone, making this lithe, with zinging acidity and an emphasis on mineral flavors and citrus zest.
