A.D. Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon

Made in a very hands-on practice they have deemed as "Grains to Bottle," or "Grains to Glass," this Denver Bourbon is made from an open-air sour mash that is aged for more than three years in American White Oak, with every step of the laborious process taking place under their very own roof, from malting to conditioning. Sweet aromas of roasted corn, grilled peppers, cayenne pepper and chilis grab your nose's attention immediately upon hitting the glass. The palate, however, is dominated by notes of chewy leather, toasted wheat, decadent caramel, vanilla, spicy rye and buttered almonds. A fulfilling and warming experience from first sniff to last sip.
