Pale, light, charming Chenin Blanc, Paumanok's expression is reminiscent of versions found in the Loire Valley of France Floral and green melon aromas lead cleanly to a zesty, citrus-laden palate with a clean, lemony finish. It is indicative of the high quality of wines that are now coming out of the North Fork.
