Producers Sven Enderle and Florian Moll are boldly and proudly going against the super traditional methods of German winemaking, and doing it all their way. Working very old vines organically and Biodynamically, these guys do everything by hand both in the vineyards and in the cellar, and all wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered. They have developed such a strong following, that they have already had to start allocating their wines, despite being among the younger winemakers in the game in Germany. E & M does wonders with the "lowly" Muller-Thurgau grape. This entry-level wine has some nice skin contact to give it some texture and tannins which frame flavors of peach, apricot, and white flowers perfectly.
