Château owner, Bertrand Gourdou, found this throwback label that his Grandfather had made in the 1970s and it inspired him to make this lovely, silky, red-fruited "natural" wine. Biodynamic, fermented with native yeast and limited sulfur additions, this wine is plush, with well-integrated tannin. Rich fruit shows through, with plums, red cherries, and raspberries, that earn a balance when complemented by a nice touch of earth.
