Established in 2012, the Lockhouse Distillery is the first operating distillery in Buffalo, New York, since Prohibition and their mission is to produce high quality, distinctive spirits. Their Amaro is a fierce example of exactly the quality and distinction they so crave. Aged for one month on Sassafras, and sweetened solely with Turbinado sugar, this full-bodied bitter is reminiscent of the beloved Ramazzotti, but with more herbal spice and a richer finish.
