This "Gemischter Satz" is one of two that we carry by Wieninger and, just as the other bottling is a traditional style made from 9 different grape varieties that are farmed Biodynamically, co-planted, co-harvested and co-fermented. However, this is sort of their "Show Horse" Gemischter Satz. With just a few years' more age than their base line Gemischter, the Nussberg drinks with more finesse and body. It shows complex aromas of citrus, yellow blossoms, pineapple and sweet herbs. The palate is lively with beautiful acidity and minerality. And not to worry, it is perfectly dry!
