Estaldiña is the local name in Bierzo for the curious Trousseau grape that is most commonly associated with the Jura region of France. Light in color, but long on flavor, this bright red has beautiful flavors of pomegranate, bergamot, citrus, a little barnyard funk, and lots of minerality. A very special bottling of a rare wine.
