Dominique Belluard is the most staunch booster of the grape Gringet known to the world. This native variety is quite unknown, but Belluard hopes to change that. This bottling is from vines grown at 450m elevation, and aged in egg-shaped concrete vats. This is a wine of delicacy, showing white flowers and orchard fruit, with a clean finish.
