Clary Ranch showcases the jaw-dropping quality of fruit being produced at this cool-climate site in the Petaluma wind gap. Fermented 100% whole cluster and aged for 10 months in neutral French oak barrels. Black pepper, smoke, lavender, cloves and licorice leap from the glass.
