The vines of the Itata thrive in steep hills without irrigation. The volcanic and granitic soil provide an extraordinary environment for the healthy vineyards. This wine spends time aging in cement tanks and is given ample skin contact. What results is its slightly cloudy, richly golden color and abundant aromas of peach pit, orange blossom and a squeeze of lime.
