Aged first in used Bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Sherry casks, this whisky is a smooth talker! Notes of toasted nuts and flora from the Sherry show through with honey, orange peel and cooked apples rounding out the nose. The aromas follow smoothly onto the palate, and dark chocolate, cinnamon and chewy oak arrive fashionably late to the party that inevitably takes place on the palate.
