This limited release from NY Distilling Co. features their Ragtime Rye Whiskey, finished in Black Dirt Distillery's Applejack barrels. The bright rye spice of the Ragtime, is complemented beautifully by a touch of ripe apple and delicate caramel sweetness on the round, smooth palate.
