Nikka Coffey Grain Japanese Whisky

Nikka's classic grain whisky is distilled in a rare, and very traditional, "Coffey Still" which they imported from Scotland. Also called the "Continuous Column Still," these tall stills make for complex, mellow whiskies that are able to showcase the beauty of the grains themselves. This iteration from Nikka exhibits round vanilla and burnt sugar, with an herbaceous, spicy character that brings some pop to the finish. Drink on the rocks, or with a single ice cube to bring out all its inherent beauty.
